Member Guidelines for Professional Development
Background
The Institute of Management Consultants New Zealand believes that the
CMC qualification remains at the cornerstone of its professional and
membership policies.
Management consultants who are members of the Institute have a
professional duty to consistently offer skills relevant to their
client's needs.
The Member Guidelines for Professional Development are provided as a
tool to assist members to build their competence, develop skill sets and
broaden their opportunities in the consulting marketplace. In doing so
members will create for themselves a competitive advantage over
consultants who simply rest on their laurels.
Members are required to plan and record the professional development activities undertaken to keep their skills relevant.
Guideline Objectives
-
To ensure all IMCNZ members remain at the required level of professional capability.
-
To provide members with a Professional Development (PD) guideline in line with the ICMCI CMC requirements.
