Alongside these, I have experience around forming strategic partnerships and creating new opportunities in IT/Hospitality/ Small-Medium size businesses sectors which has allowed the business to tap into new cliental and increase turnover.

|I have delivered more than 30 projects, ranging from $10K - $6million in budget and managing a team of 5 – 40 staff members that consisted of internal staff, independent contractors and vendor resources.|
The project that I have delivered are made up of significant Organisational change initiatives, complex Technology integration projects, SAP implementations (various modules), NZ wide roll out of hardware and applications, off-shore management of applications roll-out and creating a new business arm to deal with growing customer demand and needs.
